I have over 15 years of experience in Sales & Account Management. I’ve been working for CaptionCall for more than three years. I started my career in CaptionCall as a Trainer and had the Honor to be “Employee of the Quarter” and speak at a Trainer conference as a “Motivational Speaker” to help our trainers increased their numbers in the Reactivation Program. I’m blessed to wake up every day and get to go to work for CaptionCall. What gets me up in the morning is the passion I have in helping people who are struggling over the phone. Every day I remind myself the tears of joy and sign of relieve of my past customers that couldn’t hear for years over the phone and now can thanks to CaptionCall. Their stories and memories fuel my heart to help one more patient every day. Like the movie “Hacksaw Ridge”, I need to save one more soldier, one more. My desire every day is to help “one more patient”.
