I come from a rich background of hearing health. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, I spent 5 years developing and implementing the only adult aural rehabilitation program in the mid-west to help adults with or without hearing aids retrain the brain-based processing diminished from hearing loss. I then rounded out my skills in hearing health by getting licensed as a Hearing Instrument Specialist in Illinois where I dispensed for over a year full time in a retail setting. I find my experience with the patient perspective as well as the Provider perspective really informs my work with CaptionCall.
