Your CaptionCall agreement
Because the CaptionCall phone and the captioning agent service is paid for by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), not anyone may use your CaptionCall phone. To use the captions, a person must have medically recognized hearing loss that necessitates the use of this captioning phone.
If you have other people in your home who do not have hearing loss, they may:
- Use a different phone.
- Use the CaptionCall phone with captioning turned OFF.
Improper use of the CaptionCall phone can lead to termination of service and possible prosecution. If you do not wish to uphold this agreement, or if you no longer need the CaptionCall phone, please arrange for its return at no cost: 1-877-557-2227.
