Content Marketing Manager
Ryan Reed is the Content Marketing Manager for CaptionCall. He plays a vital role in delivering engaging content about CaptionCall service for the hearing-loss community across multiple platforms. Previously, he was the Director of Electronic Communications at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where his digital strategy helped increase alumni engagement. Earlier in his career, Ryan produced content for HGTV, Travel Channel, and DIY Network as an Editor for Discovery, Inc. Ryan’s career began in the magazine industry where he produced digital content for Garden & Gun magazine and Smithsonian magazine. Ryan is a graduate of Towson University with a degree in Mass Communication. He currently lives in Sandy, UT, with his wife, daughter, and three rescue pups.
