Who Is eligible?
The government has not set specific guidelines or decibel threshold requirements to determine eligibility for no-cost call captioning services. If a patient has hearing loss that necessitates captioned telephone service, they are eligible for the service. So if a patient struggles to understand phone calls as a result of hearing loss and needs captioning service, you may recommend CaptionCall based on your professional opinion, if you feel that our product would best meet your patient’s needs.
