Since its founding in 2011, CaptionCall has been helping people with hearing loss communicate by offering telephone captioning services. Thanks to a provision of the Americans with Disabilities Act, CaptionCall service is available at no cost to individuals who have hearing loss that necessitates the use of captioned telephone service.

Always Innovating

CaptionCall has always relied on cutting-edge technology to remain the leader in Internet Protocol Captioned Telephone Service (IP CTS). From our patented SilkScroll® technology (that allows captions to display smoothly on a large, easy-to-read screen) to captioning agents who use automatic speech recognition to deliver accurate captions of conversations, CaptionCall understands the need to innovate to keep up with the needs of the hearing loss community.
