Your CaptionCall agreement
Because the CaptionCall phone and the captioning service is funded through a federal program, only qualified individuals may utilize the CaptionCall service. To use the captions, a person must have hearing loss that necessitates the use of this captioning service.
If you have other people in your home who do not have hearing loss, they may:
- Use a different phone.
- Use the CaptionCall phone with captioning turned OFF.
Improper use of the CaptionCall phone can lead to termination of service and possible prosecution. If you do not wish to uphold this agreement, or if you no longer need the CaptionCall phone, please arrange for its return at no cost: 1-877-557-2227.
