Our captioning agents work in locations throughout the United States to help people with hearing loss communicate over the phone. A captioning agent transcribes a telephone conversation so the person with hearing loss can read what their caller is saying. It’s a fun, fast-paced, and rewarding position. We provide paid training. A CaptionCall trainer personally delivers CaptionCall equipment and installs the phone and/or mobile app for our users. Because they represent CaptionCall, trainers are friendly, personable individuals who like to interact with people. Trainers work locally, so positions can be available throughout the United States. Account manager
Account managers are responsible for promoting the CaptionCall phone and service by demonstrating the product, explaining how it enriches lives, generating leads, and building and managing provider accounts. This is a full-time position with potential for career growth and advancement.
