It’s pretty cold for a lot of us these days however you may still want to find a way to get out and about. According to a recent study, aging “People who left the house frequently at any of the ages examined were significantly more likely to live to the next age group”. You can read more about that here: https://www.reuters.com/article/us-health-elderly-goingout-longevity/leaving-the-house-linked-to-longevity-in-older-adults-idUSKBN1EK19N?feedType=RSS&feedName=healthNews&utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+reuters%2FhealthNews+%28Reuters+Health+News%29
The study went on to say “We included people who had mobility difficulties, so this isn’t just about people moving their legs up and down, that’s quite exciting. There’s something about interacting with the world outside that helps.”
